At Olde World Canopies we offer a refund or exchange policy on all standard items. If you are not satisfied with your canopy, simply return it to us within 14 days after receipt (postage paid) and we will refund your money or exchange it. On our custom canopies we have a 14 day period in which to call or write us and we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Our customer satisfaction is a top priority here at Olde World Canopies.
